How Should You Handle Critique?
One of my favorite things to do as a proofreader is to provide my clients with encouragement. I enjoy telling the writer what I loved about their work and what worked well. It suits my personality.
On the flipside, my job is to be the voice of reason and constructive feedback when adjustments are needed.
